Went to get some cologne and perfume for my kids. Manny was excellent. My card didn't work because I hadn't used it in a year fraud department declined the transaction. Which was about $2,000. So it took a while for the fraud department to resolve the issue, but Manny waited and was very kind.

We had a fragrance exchange and Roman was an absolute dream to work with. It’s been a while since I personally have bought perfume and wasn’t sure what scent I would really like. He showed me multiple brands and didn’t get frustrated when I told him that I didn’t like some of them. I ended up with a Prada scent that I love all thanks to his help. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Roman for being patient with me and helping me find a perfume that I love!

Store is way over stocked. Be careful of stuff on the floor, and empty racks. Nearly lost an eye from an empty bracket hung at eye level, while paying attention to the floor, trying to navigate merchandise on the floor. This is also NOT a handicap/lowered mobility friendly store, as the clothing racks are nearly piled on top of each other. I'd recommend going to the Dillard's in the Midland mall if you need to shop.

I can shop for myself but when I need help and no one around to help me because they are all talking to other employees or on their phone, I went here 3 days in a roll and 1 person asked if I needed anything, wow Dillards has really gone downhill

I'm a teen girl and I needed to go get a bra because I've recently grown out of mine and there is a sales woman named Melinda in Odessa TX who helped me so much. She was amazing about informing me about how a bra should properly fit and how important it is because of breast health. She made sure everything fit right and I was comfortable as well as making sure that the bra was within my style as a teen so it wasnt too mature or too junior I absolutely loved her help.
