Too much noise from the freeway kept me awake. They don’t have any free breakfast unless you pay for it in your reservation. And no free water available in the restaurant like other Holiday Inn expresses. I won’t stay here again. TV was limited on channels.

Too many to mention.
Our TV did not work. Every interaction with staff was met with " we will let maintenance know or maintenance is aware of it".
We stayed there three nights and our key was deactivated every evening.
When the turndown service did not come their response was " it's the holiday (labor day) and we don't have any one here for that AND maintenance! Unbelievable yes!

I had the most convenient room! Out of all the IHG hotels that I had ever stayed… this one is the least stressful location.
The goods:
1) Room assigned was on the first floor conveniently located directly to the breakfast buffet, ice machine and the exit route to my car.
2)Large parking lot—Trailers, RVs, trucks, whichever… there was plenty of parking space on a late Saturday night.
3)Right next to a gas station— gas, snacks, drinks etc..
The bad:
1) It was past 10pm and the pool was still filled with people being loud…
2) The floors in the common area were wet from the pool goers. There was no yellow sign up… I almost slipped when trying to get hot water for my ramen noodles—-that would’ve been a bad night.
Overall it was a good location and hassle free…great for a quick overnight stay.
Walkability: Put floor wet sign up! Someone can really get hurt!

Nice and functional rooms . Breakfast is a buffet type really good, sufficient , ample . The flavor is superior .

Couldn’t get basic tv station (Fox) bc their “commercial contract had expired.” Other tv issues also. No tissues in the room. The shower floor was patched with black grout. Room had tile floor instead of carpet which may be a plus to some. However, the hall carpet was dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. And had to wait at the front desk for a long time for someone to show up to check us in. Won’t be going to a Holiday Inn again.

Elevators are broken and there was a massive sewer leak outside making the entire hotel wreak of a rotten sewer plant, even in the rooms.

Could care less about membership level or going out of their way to help you. But hey, when you're in a busy area, I guess you can do whatever you want and not have to worry about losing business.

I stay at this location multiple times a month. I’m finally tired of them not recognizing my diamond elite status, never honoring my stay preferences, and always saying you have to eat the breakfast buffet. The breakfast coupon I get specifically says cooked to order. People stay at a Holiday Inn versus an express because it is supposed to be a little nicer with better food options. This place might as well be an express making you eat the buffet on a paper plate. Also hopefully they fixed the parking charge. This is the first time in a long time that I wasn’t charged parking.This place has gone down hill in the last 6-8 months.

The lady at the front desk was the friendliest employee! She was so hospitable and brought us extra blankets when we asked.
