“Seamless Experience with U-Haul Neighborhood DealerI recently rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer from U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer for an afternoon, and I must say it was a seamless experience. The staff was efficient and helpful, ensuring the rental process was quick and easy. The trailer itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. It provided ample space for my needs, and the loading/unloading process was straightforward. The equipment performed flawlessly throughout the rental period, giving me confidence in U-Haul's commitment to quality. Moreover, the location was convenient, making it easy to pick up and return the trailer without any hassles. “I had an excellent experience at U-Haul storage thanks to Damian and Matthew. From the moment I walked in, Matthew was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy to understand. He got me started quickly and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. Damian continued that great service by going above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of. Both of them were professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me out. It’s not often you come across such great customer service, but these two really made a difference. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!”

“This place saved me when U-Haul changed my reservation the day before. Roman Garcia and Jaycee Campbell made sure they got a truck for me, last minute. They were very professional and even empathetic to my situation. Penske is probably a little more expensive but it is totally worth paying extra for peace of mind and great service. Good job!”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of South East Odessa
6190 Cargo Rd, Odessa TX 79762
“Best bang for your buck on storage in town. That is gated. One thing I wish the city would do is make better access to the frontage road over there. It's a pain to drive to it. When all they have to do is make a road over the tracks from the freeway.”

MHC Truck Leasing - Odessa
12913 I-20, Odessa TX 79765
“People are great here and Robert and the team do great work! Only issue is I spend a lot of time here in the drivers waiting area and zero comfort. Drive 5,000 miles a week in a truck seat that is already uncomfortable and then to come sit in plastic chairs in the waiting room sucks! Throw a couch and loveseat in here for driver comfort while they wait”

“Andy is awesome! I was early but had no issues with my reservation. We had short conversation as he was confirming everything and printing off the papers. I walked with him across the street as he assessed the truck and he should be how to use the lift gate. He told me it takes reg gas and all was great!”
