Absolutely terrible customer service. Older gentleman at the counter was one of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. Thankfully, our builder is getting paid for us because these idiots sure won’t.

Built a new house. Painted with KM paint. Now with all the info they cannot match my colors. Terrible customer service. All they want to do is pass the buck rather than trying to help. Terrible way to run a business!
