Customer service was slow, waited in line 28 min to purchase a cap. All transactions are done by a small device, that takes forever to complete the transaction. Won’t be going back.

Embroidery was suppose to be K ♡ A but somehow ended up with R ♡ K. It did not run together when I approved. When I asked cold they do anything for me they said no. As a franchise I wouldn't want employees with no customer service. $80 waisted

I can’t with this store today!!! We just left the store in Odessa TX. We were wanting to get a company logo on our hat. Mind you we purchased the hat then paid an additional 14 plus tax to embroider our logo. They messed it up BAD!!!!! And although it was their fault, policy states (according to them) they can’t refund anything!!!! I understand no liking the logo but they ruined it!! I wish I could upload a picture! I advise NOT getting ANYTHING embroidered here!!

The guy doing the embroidery misspelled what we wanted written, took almost an hour and a half to take it out, and still did an awful stitch job in the end. Just go to midland if you want good work, they were much more helpful and flexible.

Employe laughed when I asked him to scan a hat to see if it was cheaper and rudely said it's what it is on the sticker. The store was advertising that some hats are five dollars including other Clarence items. It said ask associates for details on the sale and could not say details. I say screw it I'll buy my stuff elsewhere. Don't like shopping in places with lazy employees who are not helpful at all and giving an attitude. This was the newer lids by fudruckers and Spencer's. The sales rep was a tall young man African American. This was around 1:50 pm January 21st 2020.

Went in to buy a hat and I was helped by a young man. He was very helpful, he was able to find two different hats for me in two different colors. I tried one on and I didn’t think on trying the other one. I went back in there and again he helped me find the right size in the same style of hat. When I went to the register Kimberly the MANAGER gave me real bad attitude while making the exchange. Ever since I was trying on the hats, I was buying two, she seemed bothered that I had the guy looking for different sizes and styles. Long story short for the exchange she said I couldn’t get my original receipt back so I told her the customer always gets the original back if they have an other item. So she says well aren’t you going to wear the hat or are you planing on returning it. So I said well I came back to exchange this one I don’t know maybe I will come back to return it. So can I have the original receipt she still refused so I told her to return all the money back to me and she said ok that’s fine and yanked the bag out of my hand. So I told her you do not have customer service what so ever. She said I’m the manager so I told her well it sad that your employee has better customer service than you. She didn’t care about making a sale she was happy to make the refund.

Always find what I need!
