The MCM Grande Hotel & Fun Dome offers a mixed experience for its guests. While the rooms are reported to be old and in need of new carpeting, the rest of the hotel is described as very nice. The location, however, is challenging due to ongoing road construction in front of the hotel. The hotel's play area is amazing for kids, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly and management is described as very good. However, the customer service at the front desk and restaurant is lacking, with slow service and rude behavior when the buffet is being taken down. Guests have also reported issues with double-booking of rooms, with those who paid the most getting priority. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is still considered a good value for money, with a fun pool, ping pong table, and a decent on-site restaurant.
I came here with my family and the girls from the front desk were amazing and helpful the room was clean and the beds are so comfortable I loved that they had activities for the kiddos and they even think about the adults with the 2 free drinks love it definitely coming back!!!!
