“Overall a good low tier option if you're looking to save some money. The general areas like the lobby, hallways, stairwell, and breakfast area are all clean and well kept.

Pros:
1. Rooms are spacious.
2. The hallways and stairwell are wide, which helps you feel there's plenty of space to maneuver.
3. Washer and dryer are only $1 each. Detergent is also only $1
4. Free breakfast. Typical eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, fruit selection. Automated coffee machine with customizable selections.
5. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I requested and received a late checkout.
6. The hallways smell fresh in the morning.

Cons:
1. Bathrooms don't have a fan.
2. No central HVAC. It's a wall mounted unit.
3. The pool was closed for weeks with no real explanation why.
4. The gym has minimum equipment. Only 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, 1 bench and 1 multifunction station. The heaviest dumbbells are only 45 lbs.”

“I travel frequently for work, and during a recent trip I accidentally went to the wrong hotel after some changes were made to our accommodations that weren’t relayed to me. Even though I wasn’t actually staying at this Staybridge Suites location, Liza at the front desk went above and beyond to help me figure out what happened and get everything sorted out.

She was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me, despite the fact that I wasn’t even a guest at her hotel. She took the time to make sure I had the information I needed and treated me with kindness throughout the entire situation.

Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you have the opportunity to work with Liza, consider yourself lucky. She is a tremendous asset to the Staybridge team and made a stressful travel situation much easier. Thank you again, Liza, for your outstanding help and hospitality.”

“Fantastic easter buffet. Best in the Permian Basin. Wide choice of foods for every taste. Seafoods: oysters, rock crabs, crab cakes, prawns. Meats: rack of lamb, ham, ribeye steak, roast beef. Breakfast items including to order omelets and pancakes. Fruits including exotic fruits: passion fruit, dragon fruit. Long list of deserts for every taste including banana foster and cherry jubilee. This buffet was so good, after you are full, you keep on eating. Can't wait for next occasion buffet.”

“Full size fridge, mini stove, microwave and room was very clean. The only negative was the shower made noise. Didn't bother me, but I get up early and I was concerned that I was bothering others. Overall had a great experience.”

“The Seasond Manager was Relaxed and Kind to me , even though I came in 10mim before closing.... I just got off work and walked from my hotel. The 2 Young Ladies were Equally Kind and I Was VERY Surprised I didn't get ANY Side Eye for coming in Just Before they closed. Food Was GREAT!!!

“Staff were amazing. Service I came down on a star, being an oilfield city, breakfast at 0600 is generally when we need to be at location. I have been other hotels and 0500 or 0530 is when I have seen breakfast served.
Room was good, clean. Sink was held on with caulking. There was no Master light switch that worked. No light in the kitchen area. Overhead on the sink worked. Bathroom was dark with a single bulb. Shower doors didn't align with the rubber stoppers, leaving a crack at the walls. The water is hard and had clogged the shower head. It had settings but was not working right so it was on jet.
The good is that it was clean. Suite area was stocked. Small fridge had an ice maker. Which was nice because there was not one on the floor. Shower always had hot water. HVAC kept the room at 68F.”

“If you’re looking for a nice hotel in Odessa, this is it! this hotel is well located, near restaurants and a ton of shopping. The restaurants near the hotel are very diversified and offer pretty much anything you could want. The rooms are incredibly clean, recently remodeled and painted, and I love the fact that they have ceiling fans. They are nicely appointed with refrigerators and microwaves, and their workstations are excellent. This hotel also has a very nice pool and the staff is incredibly kind and responsive. There is a full restaurant in this hotel along with a bar. Our meeting rooms were very nice and had all of the AV set up. You could want. I highly recommend this hotel in Odessa”

“We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn& Suites off of John Ben Shepherd Parkway. Our room was very nice and neat. It has hard floors in it, which is always a plus for cleanliness. In the bathroom. The tubs had brand new fixtures and nice fresh caulk which is something that makes you feel so nice when you walk into a hotel establishment. The breakfast in the morning was simple but nice. They had a hot option or two and they also had cold cereals muffins, scones and other items available. They had juices and cereals as well. A very well-rounded Continental breakfast. Waffles were also there with two types of mix, both traditional and a berry. If you wanted something a little bit more on the sweet side. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean. The towels were bright white. The help at the desk was very knowledgeable and kind. We enjoyed the customer service there. We will go and stay again. The rates also were very awesome. About $109 per night for the night we stayed and the time that we stayed. We will definitely stay there again!”

“Danthony was very helpful and great service. My girlfriend booked passing by odessa to get rest and was very happy with facility. Hotel was full but he still helped guest in timely and efficient manner. Hotel was still clean and when i went down again to my truck they were still mopping lobby. Hotel is in great location with great staff and very clean 👏🏽”

“Very disappointed that they're swimming pool was still in the sand when I got there because I had to pick up the property because of the pool it was very much looking forward to going swimming. Website where they have swimming pool posted as operational and they don't have elevators either But the rooms are clean nice and comfortable although they had no rooms with a king size bed only queens and doubles and twins.
Very polite and friendly employees at front desk.
Vending machines in Washington dryers on the side of the office and coffee in the office area in the mornings. I enjoyed my stay there and they were very nice.”

“Found this place on the recommendation of another local hotel. I am so glad they recommended the MCM Elegante Hotel. It was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, the room was very spacious. A great experience! If you, for some reason, find yourself in the Odessa/Midland Texas area, come check out this place.”

“I stayed here on a quick trip to the doctor on a weekend and my surprise when I went to go check in at the front desk it was almost like the person was waiting for me. They already had my key everything ready. I didn't even have to sign anything they just gave me my key to my room and that was it which whenever you're coming in at night and you're tired that was very convenient. Of course it is a motel six the price is very low, but the room was very comfortable clean. It had everything you needed and plus I was getting up and leaving in the morning at like 5:30 AM so for the price and everything it was great I did didn't even hear any noise at night.”

This mancamp, though not perfect, I'm yet to find fault from the very ABLE Property manager, HELPFUL Management, VERY FRIENDLY and CLEAN employees (Front desk, Housemaid, Cooks, EVERYONE etc). Tasteful meals,clean rooms and environment. Never heard of theft. Very easy to make friends with guests and staff.

“Service was proper,very courteous, even let me put my bicycle in the room,so as for me not having to worry about it being stolen. The room was clean and bug free,that's an A+. Oh and the breakfast was great. Quiet and comfortable.”

“Great location, it was right off interstate, easy to get to and even had truck parking! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room was quiet and blackout curtains. Only disappointment was breakfast. It was awful. The milk was sour, the biscuit was hard as a rock, the eggs were imitation. The banana muffins had something crunchy and hard in them. I actually got sick and threw up breakfast afterwards. I do alot of traveling and have stayed in a lot of hotels and enjoyed the breakfast served in the morning, but this is the only one that I got sick at. I felt fine after I got rid of breakfast.Check out is at noon for the night owls.”

Very good for the price air-conditioning worked very well in the hot Texas heat and a good picture on the television. I would stay here again driving through Odessa.”
