When I tell you he listened to what we wanted and needed then helped us pinpoint the exact vehicle that ticked every box! He was not pushy or overbearing and he gave us great advice. “I wish, if appointments are made then one or two mechanics are assigned just to the appointments. There was no point in me planning ahead and making an appointment when i still had to wait 2 hours. I have never had any problems with service at Lithia Toyota of Odessa and i have buying cars there for about 35+ years.”

“Fast in and out to get vehicle inspections done. Since discovering them in 2021, I've started taking all the cars there for annual inspection because of accessibility and convenient hours.Best traffic approach: go up to 46th or even 52nd to go south on Grandview and make a right turn into lot.2nd best is westbound on 42nd and right turn into Walgreen's then backtrack via connected parking lots. Do not let Google maps try and have you do a left from northbound Grandview, or eastbound 42nd. The traffic won't let you make that turn except maybe December 25th or between midnight and 6 am when everything is closed.”
“Being a ex-employee of 18 years at b-line I would really consider opening another bay for auto & pickups.had a long wait to get in the bay area. too many competitors to have your Customers waiting in line. lube zone has extra bays that are close ,not a smart decision .18 years ago we had every single bay open .customer service should be your number 1 goal.”
