When I was walking around the dealership and looking at some vehicles, she greeted me with positive vibes and made me feel welcomed. She asked me questions regarding the vehicle I was looking for and managed to answer all my questions.
Once we got to the inside of the dealership to complete some paperwork, she gave me some drinks and snacks. She made me feel valued and wanted like family and not as a stranger.
Most importantly, she helped me get a great deal on my vehicle. I got to buy my vehicle that I wanted at a much lower price than I anticipated and saved a lot of money compared to other dealerships that I looked at.

“Loved my first time at Dyno Lube. They asked what I needed (oil change) and asked if I needed anything else (no) and told me to pull forward. They didn’t ask me (what feels like) 100 other questions about what type of oil or if my dipstick looked okay, or if my filters looked dirty enough. As a woman who doesn’t know what a dipstick should or shouldn’t look like - or what kind of oil my car needs, I appreciated that!!! I sat, uninterrupted, in my car while they cleaned my windows (complimentary) and changed my oil … until they were done and told me to pull around and pay. My 2 year old slept soundly in the back seat the whole time. Thanks, guys!”

“Good people in the auto care center. Very kind customer service from when I checked in until I left. Sincere hard workers. Have come here at least a few times for oil change, tire repair, and tire replacement. No issues with these work jobs they did for my vehicle. Very conscientious and reasonable manager named Kenneth. I had an appointment for two tire changes and was out in less than an hour even though they were very busy.”
