“So I wanted to write this post to express my gratitude and acknowledge the great customer service after a little hiccup in our order experience. The fellas at Dee’s sport memorabilia just informed me that because our prepaid order still hasn’t arrived after three weeks and they cannot locate another like it….they are upgrading us from the missing - Dak Prescott autographed MINI helmet - to a FULL SIZE autographed helmet. It hasn’t arrived yet as we were just informed earlier today but my son is super excited and I thought it was a very generous show of customer service initiative and I wanted to show thanks and appreciation before I forget because it’s well deserved in this case. “Best customer service ever!! Bought their product through a different vendor and it did not arrive with a plug that is specific to this timer. Contacted sales/customer service who could of easily sent me to the original vendor I purchased it through but instead said " Let me send you a plug'" I received a plug with in a couple days at no charge to me. Cost the company $4.20 postage to send the plug .When I buy anything related to what they sale in the future it will be through this company!!”

“They have everything except the size I was looking 4 on work boots. Seems like someone changed the boots that I needed and put some brazos on the timberland box. It was funny bc it was the only box with size that I needed but different brand on the box.”
