The staff is friendly, helpful, responsive, and kind, quickly answering questions and engaging with residents. The maintenance team is also very responsive and quick, with most problems fixed within 48 hours. The community features resort-style amenities, including a nice and relaxing pool, a fitness center, grill, volleyball court, and well-kept resident lounges. It provides convenient access to local shopping, dining, new restaurants, movies, and major employers. Many residents love it, feel safe, and would recommend it highly. A note for residents is that AT&T service in the area is reported to be bad. The Penwell provides comfort, style, and everyday convenience.
Such a beautiful clean complex. The staff is so sweet and amazing. The manager Jacee really puts effort in interacting with the residents and doing special things for us. The maintenance Johnny is always so quick to fix anything wrong. The environment is just great. I couldn’t be any more happier here at The Penwell.
