Want to thank the crew at u haul for the amazing work they did as a Crew, they were very informative and very professional, none of them were rude at anytime, they treated me with great respect, the guy at the counter by the name of Sam was so professional, and the young lady by the name of Kaitlin was such a sweet young lady helped me with everything I need it. Thank you guys for the warm and kind way you guys made me feel. I Will definitely be back.

The rental Process was easy; I just didn't like being charged an extra $32.15 and no one can tell me why. Although I was told I was only charged $ $33.48 and have a receipt, my bank statement shows otherwise.

Way better than the Wall St. Midland one. Customer service was great, Jessica and Mary were very helpful, only downside was I received the truck with 1/8tank and filled it up before using it, brought it back at 7/8 tank and I didn’t get reimbursed for the fuel. I wasn’t sure how much fuel I’d use that’s why I filled it up. But I feel like Uhaul should have a rule of atleast half a tank of fuel before leasing it to customers.

I drove 200 miles to pick up one Ubox. They couldn't to find it and they just give me a business card from the General menager, called Salvador Menjivar, to call him if I want. Wait, what??
Also, the employees are so slow.

Overall great experience. Was in and out for what i needed on the fly. Equipment has definitely been put through previous work but everything worked for what I needed. Thank you. Simple process and easy to return even after hours.

The climate control storage building lockers was just what I needed. Having the use of 4 wheeled carts was also helpful. The building and lockers were secured and alarmed. Having 24/7 access was also a bonus feature of the Uhaul facility, swiping a card to arm /disarm your unit was very convenient for after hours availability. Thanks again UHaul for your commitment to provide the necessary materials, vehicles and storage units for your customers. I've moved many times using all of Uhauls available equipment and would strongly recommend Uhaul to all my friends and family members.

U-Box actually arrived early. I paid U-Haul for a 3rd party delivery and unload. I contacted movers to get my box ASAP. This was on Saturday and they were able to get it on Monday. U-Haul said the box would be ready for them at Noon Monday. When they arrived they were told there was no record of the Monday promise. I was unable to reach the location and left messages, no one called me. I called toll free number and they just made excuses. Finally the movers said they were promised to have it ready for 9AM Tuesday. Movers were there at 9AM and box was not ready. I reached the loc. on my 3rd attempt to call them and was told they would load it immediately. It was finally done at nearly 10:30AM. The movers said this was not the 1st time they had trouble with that loc.

Salvador, the manager is the most helpful attendant we’ve had throughout our moving experience. He is always quick to fix our reservation problems giving us the ease and peace to make the moving process more enjoyable. Thank you Salvador Menjivar. We will never go to another U-Haul location because you’re the best!!!

The equipment is good their service is not there. I went to pickup our trailer and one attendant for the the long line of customers, once I got my trailer I was told to go outside and they would be waiting for me, got tired of waiting after 10-15mins located my own trailer, hooked up my own trailer, then went and got the new general manager to come take pictures of the trailer before leaving, he said the new guy must have forgotten about you. While customer behind me got their equipment and left before I did.
We had to call and extend our rental and were told that we needed to take the trailer back that day because it was reserved a month ago by another family and we would need to pay for that families moving rental then came back and said we would be charged an extra $10. (We were two states away, he was rude on the phone because we needed to extend our time)
Then we had a blowout and had to wait 2 hours because their Demming tire tech hadn’t been answering his phone for a week. The tech that did help us was the best part of this whole rental.
So Salvador M can go kick rocks.

Worst experience ever. Even though we were at the location in person. We had to call the 1-800 number to get the rental we wanted.
