I came in upset about how the app works and never being able to pay my bill. Ray ar the store on 42nd in Odessa was more than amazing. He has excellent customer service skills and deserves to be recognized! Thank you Ray for helping us with our issues, being very patient you deserve a raise for sure!

I'm a long time Verizon customer. Zach and Ciana are the best Verizon representatives I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are both very professional and highly knowledgeable. I most appreciate that they are both kind and considerate. 5 Stars to Zach and Ciana.

Phone store that doesn't sell phones also couldn't find me in the system think after buying my old company and taking my money they didnt bother to collect customer data from who they bought that or lady was brain dead idk.

Went on the release day of the iPhone 16 and was very happy with how quickly they got me out of there. Place was packed and I don’t think I was there more than 30 minutes.

I have been with Verizon for many years, and I have never received customer service as well as Jerry provided. Recently I have been in there several times and he has provided excellent service. I had a bill the no one has ever been able to help me with but Jerry went above and beyond resolving all of my issues, by doing so it lowered my monthly bill. Ask for Jerry!
