Jocelin Rodriguez in Wells Fargo HEB , is one of the best banker I've encountered. She spent almost 1 hr to help me without hurrying and for not giving up for looking for a solution. She deserves a raise. She's a star!!!!

When I got there, there was no line. I went in to make a transaction. Romero helped me. He made jokes and made an effort to getting to know my name and how to pronounce it, which I appreciate.
