“This store carries a very good and varied inventory of everything western, but specifically cowboy hats which is what I was looking for. I was also looking for an experienced hat shaper who would know exactly what style would be best for me. Raymundo (Mundo) is the store manager and has 13 or so years shaping hats. I bought what I wanted and Mundo did an excellent job of shaping the crown and brim exactly the way I wanted it…EXACTLY! He and other younger employees are very friendly, professional, and ready to help with clothing needs. I have found my western clothing shore without a doubt!”

“I came to boot barn to find a pair of "everyday" boots I could wear at home, work, etc. Once you walk in you're greeted by the employees which is a good sight to see. This store has a large variety of boots, clothes, hats etc. Prices are relatively competitive in comparison to most western stores in the Basin.I was approached by a kid named Elyan. He introduced his self by his name & with a handshake. Super rare now-a-days but very good etiquette & professionalism in my opinion. I found several boots that interested me and eventually went over 3 pairs to see which one I would like best. He retrieved every boot in my size and asked if there were any others I would like to look at. He really went above and beyond to accommodate my search for the perfect pair. Elyan was also dressed to par and spoke with manners which is a huge plus.All in all, I had a great experience coming here. I will keep coming to this Boot Barn because of the great products and the amazing service this store provided me in the short period of time I was there. “It's not like before, there are very few things and the prices are cheap but nothing ? is of high quality, I mean a year ago it was my favorite and it's no longer my favorite because what there is seems mostly recycled, it's worth clarifying that there are things ? hello, underwear, pajamas, jeans OK, but the shoes are terrible, the t-shirts may be much better before, the cleanliness is excellent ? there are not many people in the store, that's fine for walking comfortably, the cashiers are cheerful and also attentive They are Cuban and that is saying a lot. The best is very communicative.”

The store itself could use some air conditioning our experience there was great, yet very hot and sweaty while shopping around, would have stayed longer and shopped more but kids were getting very fussy. Air conditioning really needs to get looked at hope it gets fixed soon so we can returned.”

“My friend and I went shopping for dress shoes. She needed some black pumps for Halloween and Melrose was the only store that carried her size. We checked 5 stores before walking into this one. I was quite surprised and thrilled to see that they carry a 5 1/2 and smaller. They also have great prices. If I had the money, I would have spent quite a bit there. Clothes, shoes, makeup, accessories, lots of trendy items that I would have loved to pick up for my collection. Can't wait to go back when I have some extra cash.”
