“Most Dollar Generals are messy with rude service. Not this one. The male employee is friendly and happy to help. The manager is great too. She cares about her customers. I have a DG by my house (Garth and Decker), but I drive farther to come to this one because that one is trash. Thanks guys for making my shopping experience pleasurable instead of stressful.”

“It's a great place to pick up things on the cheap. There seasonal always surprises me as it's decent selection at super reasonable prices. The re cleaning supplies in my opinion work just as well as name brands. I'd say try it out and if you get something not up to par hey it was only a dollar well a buck twenty-five now.”

“This store is one of the best dollar generals I've been in. I don't get what these people are talking about with the guy that's been there. He's a very sweet guy, he helps the employees keep the parking lot clean, and bring the shopping carts in, he also will take the trash out for them if need be. He doesn't always talk to people that don't speak to him first. He's never given me or anyone that's been with me any reason to fear him or fear that he would do anything wrong. He's respectful and helpful. He's even taken my cart in for me after I unloaded it. Some people form opinions on outer appearance alone and that's not ok because the inner person is usually better than the person who formed the original opinion.”
“Love the manager there. Had a discount sale today. And I got checked out and lots of my stuff didn't get the discount. I didnt notice until I was home so I went back and she took care of everything with a beautiful smile and great attitude. Her store looks great and she's always so friendly and in a great mood. “While I personally hate "dollar stores" due to their misleading name and front of being a discount store, this location has been clutch many times for random things. I have gone here late in the evening to pick up children's chewable Motrin and Tylenol when my kids were sick as well as shampoo and conditioner when we ran out. With this location being open until 10pm, it has been an object of convenience many times. I am willing to pay up to 25% more for items if it means a quick trip here vs. a much longer drive to HEB or Walmart. The staff here are generally polite and helpful. The selection of necessities is very good, but sometimes it is fun to wander around looking for things I didn't know I "needed". Don't expect a bargain, basically ever, however their sales are very good if you time things right and look for coupons (which I don't). I would definitely miss this store if it were to close like the other one that was close by.”
“Decent prices and nice people. They let me walk in 15 minutes before closing for necessities and didn't rush me. I made sure to check out before closing but they were friendly regardless.”

“Dirty, empty packages on shelves, freight everywhere, products placed all over store, buggy would not roll properly. Otherwise it was okay. They get really busy.”

“I came to this store after shopping at the Eagle Drive location. It was stocked, clean and well organized. I easily found what I was looking for. The cashier was super nice. This will be the location I visit even though the Eagle Drive location is more convenient.”
