“I was referred to South Texas Ophthalmology by my vet in Austin to look at a mass growing on my dog’s eye. Dr. Greller was great. He was able to remove the mass on my dog’s eye the same day of my initial appointment. He spent time explaining the diagnosis and going over my options for how to proceed. He was able to ease my concerns over putting my almost 14 year old Labrador retriever under anesthesia. I knew I was leaving her in good hands! They sent me a text update right before her procedure started to let me know she was doing great and called me right as she woke up to let me know everything went successfully. I can’t thank them enough for taking such great care of my dog, Belle!”

It was a 2 hour drive for us to meet one of our customers there and it was worth every minute to meet a professional, good hearted and caring vet. “I took my 13 year old dog there today, never been and her reg. vet was full. She had a mass growing on her side. They were so helpful over the phone, I dropped her off. very clean and staff is amazing. When the doctor called me she walked me through recommendations and was clear, kind, and understanding. they have a gentleness and ease there. I will never go anywhere else! they got me in one visit oh, and the fees are explained. Her visit was much less than i thought it would be.”

“Brought my new kitty here for her initial shots and wellness exam. I made an appointment prior so I was expected and we were seen promptly. They took care of her and I was asked questions from the vet to ensure I was keeping her lol I guess. It kinda felt like an interview but I understand why. Anyway, I plan on scheduling my kitty for a spay appointment soon. Great place for initial exams and shots at lower cost.”

“We joke that our Poppy girl is a frequent flier at Alamo Hills, but this month it was really true, as she gave us scare with breathing problems due to worsening Pneumonia. Dr. Campbell has cared for Poppy for years, and is exceptional. The office has regularly called to follow up on more severe situations (plural...she's a mess!), and this time the call prompted me to bring her back for an urgent re-check. We were immediately referred for specialty care, which resulted in an ICU hospitalization which likely saved her life. SO grateful for the entire kind & compassionate team at Alamo Hills Animal Hospital! Wish we were not on a first name basis...but glad I can count on the office to help with dog disaster after dog disaster. :)”
“I have been coming to this clinic for about 3 years. I always have positive experiences with them, they are very helpful, kind, and thorough. I really like that they check you out in the exam room so you’re not moving around a bunch and this helps my cat stay more calm. They also helped get my cat some medicine I can give her before her appointment so she’s not as nervous and this helps a ton. I am so grateful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them to everyone!”

“Dr. LaBrie and his staff were amazing. We have 3 dogs (one super senior mutt, one newly senior puppy mill special and one psychotic anxious freak) and he was kind and caring to each of their individual needs. It was also the most informative vet visit I have had listing out multiple diagnosis possibilities, treatment options and next steps. I am so happy I have made this office the veterinary home for my dogs and won’t be changing.”
“I needed someone to see my dogs ASAP and I take them to Banfield and they were unable to see them for two weeks which didn’t work for me as my dog had a infection in her foot and also my other dog was coughing and They were just laying around and sleeping and Towne animal got my pets in the next day and everyone is so friendly and took great care of my puppies !”
“This animal clinic is a great place if you have time and money to spend. Great mom and pop clinic for the most part. A bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it if you can afford it and want comprehensive health care for your pet. The only downside really is that we usually don’t get a call for future appointments or notifications when my pets need vaccines or other routine care. The parking here is real tight (city style).”

He's a great listener and answered all my Qs. I look forward to many years of having my dogs and cats treated by Dr. Lan. “Dr. Everheart saved my dog's life.
Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital fit me in as a walk-in when my 15-year-old Shar Pei mix was not acting herself. Instead of writing her off as old, Dr. Everheart took his time asking questions, doing a thorough assessment, explaining his thoughts, going over options, and making the most cost-effective and important decisions. The labs he deemed most important revealed an infection that needed antibiotics, which most definitely saved her life. He also prescribed her 3 days of pain medication that alleviated her suffering, a much-needed relief for me. The workup and treatment were exactly what was needed and nothing extravagant or unnecessary. He also talked with me twice after our visit to check on how she was doing. My baby girl is now on the road to recovery for however much longer this life has in store for her. Thank you Dr. Everheart and Lincoln Heights Animal Hospital!”

“Blue Cross Pet Clinic always takes excellent care of my dogs, and shows care and concern when I discuss issues. I trust them with all 5 of my sweet babies. I absolutely love Blue Cross Pet Clinic, and all of their staff. Dr. Beissner and Dr. Cousins take such great care of my five dogs, and are always very kind and reassuring. Karie, Teresa and Debra are always so busy taking care of everything, and yet they always have a moment to say hello. I get phone call reminders from Teresa for appointments, and I always know her voice immediately. When I have medication requests/refills, Jr calls me back to let me know the status and is always very kind as well. I appreciate and value this clinic, very much.”

The waiting area and exam rooms are comfortable and with all the cute cat decor they distract from being stressed and anxious about our fur kid. “Cowboy Kennels staff always take great care of my elderly cat, which can be a challenge, I know. Elderly cats can be grumpy and have extra needs when it comes to nutrition, hygiene and affection. The cattery is clean, has two windows for natural light, and all animals get playtime outside their kennel. There even is an aquarium built into the wall for cats to watch the fish. The kennel is affiliated with a veterinarian down the street, which gives me peace of mind knowing if my cat needs expert attention, it's nearby. I recommend them wholeheartedly.”
