“I would love to tell everyone that Ameristay in Orange Tx is the best place I have ever stayed. The owners are Amazing people! It's quiet and peaceful! Anything you need they will make sure to get!! It's close to Anything u need. I give it 5 stars on everything! Just the best place to stay!! Polite and nice! Respectful people and place!! Very clean! Come stay!! You will enjoy the stay!!”

“Very clean and quiet property. Maybe occupancy rate was low during our visit.

Only one elevator here. That’s a rare sight in our experience.

Garbage bags in Trash cans - nice hygienic touch.

Comfortable, semi-firm mattress, not so great pillows - Fluffy and flat.

Reasonable blackout curtain.

Large shower. Decent shower head with multiple flow patterns, but flow rate could be better. Took a long time to soap up, then rinse off. Two very small soap shelves. More and larger would be nice. Especially for us shower-shavers.

No power outlets on one side of the bed-nor on the wall on that side of the bed, what! It's age is showing.

Microwave and fridge. TV.

Carpeted floor. Call me old fashioned, but I still like carpeted floors.

Standard Hampton Inn breakfast layout.

Conditioner in the shower was empty. Ice bucket was broken. I reported that.”

“First of all I’d like to say thank you for a great comfortable stay and super friendly people. The staff here loves what they do and it shows! Johahna The night manager was so kind to me when I arrived and gave me directions to different locations for different things in the area. I got up in the morning to have the 7 o’clock breakfast. It was 645 and Mandy said go ahead help yourself. I said it’s 15 minutes early. I didn’t wanna be that guy and she says no go ahead since I had to be somewhere at 7:15. It was so perfect for me and it was a great breakfast and I enjoyed talking to Ms.T too She gave me the friendly friendliest down home kind of Louisiana twang good morning. The very beautiful and kind young woman named Cressa was also so welcoming and funny .Made me feel so good. This staff just fires on all cylinders. The location is amazing. Seven minutes from where I needed to be with multiple choices for food, gas And everything so close but yet far enough away that it was so very quiet and I rested well. They even had HBO and Cinemax very comfortable beds but most of all people that care. thank you so much.”

“I recently stayed at Studio 6 and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a smile and promptly addressing any questions or requests I had. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, which made getting around very easy.

The pricing was the icing on top, as it was very reasonable, offering excellent value for the quality and comfort provided. would highly recommend. Solid 5/5 from my personal experience.
