“My family and I evacuated for Hurricane Ida and we were here for a total of 13 nights. The owner Giri and his amazing staff were very accommodating and friendly even with a hotel with no vacancy. Literally every room was booked with evacuees and the limited staff worked extremely hard to take care of the guests. We felt very welcomed from the start and I can definitely recommend this hotel. We always had whatever we needed and felt very safe.The hotel is very well kept and clean. The parking lot is well lit and there are multiple security cameras throughout the facility. There is 24 hour coffee and hot water for tea. For breakfast there are bagels, cereals, oatmeal and a few other items. If you are looking for a hot breakfast there is a Waffle House in the same parking lot. Laundry is on site which was helpful and convenient. The front desk was able to provide quarters for bills.The rooms also came with a fridge and microwave which helped us a lot with our long stay.Overall, we want to say thank you to Giri and the staff for taking care of our family and keeping us safe through these hard times.From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Giri and thank you SureStay Staff!”
