“MUST HAVE SAFETY VEST TO CHECK IN! They will send you back to get one, so hopefully there isn’t a line because you can only check in 15-30 early before they consider you late. 2nd time here. First time was in and out within an hour. This time (12-26-25) I understand it’s a day after Christmas and staff is slim, still got out within 2 hours. Arrived at 1:50pm (? told to go back and get my vest) got back at the window @2:00pm for 2:15pm appt. gone and handed paperwork by 4:10. There’s a Pilot up the street to get weight. Drive safe y’all!”
