Both times, Patricia and her team responded promptly, tracked down the packages, and made sure they were re-delivered to me. “They are very good. But they are overworked, underpaid. Waxahachie has grown so much that our small loving P.O. is over worked. I do not understand why the Government refuses to open another P.O. I love our P.O. but the Government could do better!!! As matter of fact for what they have they do great!!!!!”

They did an outstanding job in assisting me in getting my passport. They mean business and know their jobs. It appears that they are short staffed but considering the volume of customers, I think they do a great job. No complaints.”
