This location has significantly improved over the past two years, becoming a lot more friendly and helpful. While some problems may still exist and the line can be extremely long, the staff now show more patience and positive customer service. Employees deal with a lot of people with professionalism and know their jobs, offering helpful business information. They mean business and do an outstanding job, even when short staffed. Recent experience has been a lot better, with occasional playfulness and promptness noted.

The worker who helped me was very professional and pleasant. There was a line and she was the only staff member up front. She got everyone in and out quickly.

The lady that took care of me today, Shawda I believe was her name on her tag was the only employee working, yet she handled everything with a calm, professional, and friendly attitude. Even while managing everything on her own, she was patient, organized, and made the entire process smooth. Thank you !

We do not receive our mail during regular business hours/days. We see the mailman pass our mailbox although my email shows we should receive it on the designated day. It's very frustrating. This mailman does it often, but you can't reach anyone to complain!
