They did an extremely thorough inspection on a 90s ford I was looking to buy and the guys really had a lot of great knowledge on the system and each of the different problems that were discovered. They were able to discuss each of their findings in great detail and offer solid recommendations. I'm not from around here but I would certainly trust these guys to work on my vehicles especially an older/antique model. Not a lot of places really have this kind of knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend them.”

“I was in the Palestine location Saturday 1/17/26. Had a bad battery. Cody helped me out with checking my battery and then buying/installing a new one. From the moment I walked up, Cody was receptive, friendly and so helpful. Made a frustrating situation so easy and stress free. Today, I realized I must have thrown my receipt away and I called the store to try and retrieve it. Ken answered and was so friendly and helpful. I do not live in Palestine so I couldn't just drop by the store and pick-up a new receipt. I asked Ken if he would mind snapping a pic of my receipt and text it to me. He said of course. While we were still on the phone, he sent me the text with the pic of receipt and made sure I received it. This is amazing customer service done with a friendly helpful attitude. I really appreciate Cody and Ken both, I hope Auto Zone realizes the quality of the 2 employees. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond.

“Tire prices have gotten out of control since Covid, but I am finding that Walmart is getting back to normal. They Are blowing away Discount Tire and Tire Rack (which is now owned by Discount Tire). I am saving close to $200 for a set of tires at Walmart Auto Care. I also save so much more on oil and oil filters than AutoZone and O'Reilly's. Thank you Walmart!!! I am happy you are here!”
