It is a consistently nice store with a wide variety of products and friendly employees who provide quick, pleasant and helpful service. Some customers note a great employee in plumbing who is very kind and knows what he is doing. However, experiences can vary, with occasional reports of unhelpful or rude staff, items being out of stock, and higher costs compared to other retailers. For many, the store's familiar smell of wood, nails, sand paper, flowers, and soil evokes a sense of nostalgia.
I had a pick-up order and I was having technical issues with the Lowes app and email, and Lilly, in Customer Service not only came over from a different department to assist me with pickup and even helped me load it afterwards. She made a bad experience wonderful. Thanks, Lilly!

Friendly and helpful. Starlink told us this place sold their router setups (ended up being a lie and starlink sent us on a goose chase) but the employees we talked to immediately looked anyway just in case and tried to find it and helped us figure out where to get it since they didn't have it. <3
