“We went to the Kim's on W. Oak for barbeque this afternoon about 5:30 pm. I want to praise one of their employees, Dominique Royall. She was very prompt to wait on us, and completed our order in a timely manner. When two young men came into the store using profanity, she was quick to correct them and caused a definite change in their demeanor and behavior. I hope she can be recognized in some manner for the outstanding service she gave to us and for the truly professional manner in which she cared for and represented Kim's Convenience Stores.”

“I am not from Palestine, and some of the people here can be a bit abrasive. I repeat only some, but the Walmart Pharmacy staff is always nice and professional. They make sure understand and know what you were prescribed and I love that. I am a nurse and education in a big part of my discipline. So that is awesome!”

“Used to use them, but I quit because they stopped being 24-hours, and they always screwed up my medication. But they seem to have gotten a lot better recently. Sometimes, they are the only ones who have the medicine in-stock that I need. Mirza Escobar and Awung are two employees who have been particularly helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure they find the medicine I need and stayed late after they were already closed to make sure that I got the medicine my daughter needed when she had run out. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they're not 24 hours.”

“I went to pick up 2 scripts 1 hour after requested. I was told it wasn't ready, about 150 before mine. However , 1 was ready. I was told the soonest they could get it ready was 45 mins. very upset I told the girl well I will be wIting the 45 mins and I set down. very shortly after sitting down, the pharmacist, Linda came out. she asked about my script, had it done in 2 minutes and even checked me out!!! A big Thank you to Linda. Walgreens you need to keep her!! Big asset to your Store.”
