“Brookshire’s is a great grocery store with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh produce, quality meats, and everything I need for weekly shopping. The employees are helpful and polite, and checkout is always quick and easy. I really appreciate the hometown feel and great customer service every time I visit. Definitely one of the best grocery stores around! ???”

“Easily accessible pumps with plenty of room to get around when I'm playing a trailer. This is one of the few places where I can get ethanol free gas for my mower. The facilities are very nice and it is well lit at night. I still need to try the grill, but that hopefully will happen soon.”
“People are very nice. Still Have good small selection of groceries. Lotto, Gas station, ice, and convenience store mix. Very helpful and friendly employees. Reasonable prices.”
“Overall great place to stop while coming in or out of town. Gas prices may be a little higher, but don't want to double back through town. Women's restroom is always stocked and clean when I visit.”
“I'm thankful for the Picket store. They are the only store out here that keeps really good hours and 9.999 times out of 10, they're gonna have what you need. If only they would possibly get a small grill going to make breakfast sandwiches and burgers I think they could put the colony store out of business.”
“I don't stop here often, but the few times that I have visited this location, it's been adequate. Sometimes there are lines or slower employees, but generally get in and out relatively quickly. Often times they're gas is a little cheaper than other locations in town, but have to keep your eye on the prices”

“I have no complaints about this store everyone is so very kind an helpful! Store is kinda crowded, u can't get a wheel chair in there it's too small inside!”
“My vehicle broke down in the parking lot and I had to leave it overnight . when I returned the manager was so helpful and helped me fix it so I didn't have to have it towed to repair shop. He got underneath my car and fixed it. I know if he will go out of his way to do this then I'm sure he is an excellent manager of the store.”

“It's my first time here, very nice and clean place. No, you do not have to pay for it's free parking for overnight. That is new owners 6 months ago very nice and polite people that works 5 out of 5 stars great place to take a break and overnight sleep as well”

“I drive past what used to be called the gateway, now zippy zays at 155 an 315. More accurately crooked jays. Best gas station on the loop. Worth the extra mile of driving on the right past the YMCA.”

“Truck driver here. First time in this location. Very clean and secure truck stop. Highly recommended if you’re looking for overnight to deliver/pick up any load in the area. Very quiet place. Nice small town.”

“Used to use them, but I quit because they stopped being 24-hours, and they always screwed up my medication. But they seem to have gotten a lot better recently. Sometimes, they are the only ones who have the medicine in-stock that I need. Mirza Escobar and Awung are two employees who have been particularly helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure they find the medicine I need and stayed late after they were already closed to make sure that I got the medicine my daughter needed when she had run out. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they're not 24 hours.”
