“I have had the same unit for 4 years now. Only had one issue where the lock came up missing but they notified me and I was able to secure it quickly and nothing was missing. I have spiders living in there, but 4 years, it's expected.”
“Have been renting unit for around a year with no problems except for one problem with the door coming off track and would not close!! Had to basically stay there to watch my belongings for 2 days solid! Then after frustration set in I finally had to take matters into my own hands and find a solution to force the door to close.
Great people, hassle free, just wish communication was a little better. My time is money as well. Go up on storage prices as I should be reimbursed for my troubles as well. We will see….. if someone would only answer the phone.
Today I found a rat the size of a small cat inside my storage! Not to mention the rental has went from 110 a month to 250 a month!
So after 2 years of paying double the rent the rats are now small dogs and the door…. Still broke! I’m sure there is damage to my leather couches but so glad they decided to insure my storage without asking me! I have not received any code to send to you so a machine can help me ! Wants a payment of 250 but has no date due information!! I’m done! I’m suing the hell out of this business!”

“Wonderful customer service, I called the number on the web page and left a message and they got back with me within the hour. I got a 10x10 for $75 and they don't hike prices no matter how long you've been staying with them. Easy access from the road and they are right between the RV and Exxon gas station.”
