They have this cool thing where you can just text from your phone to have the gates open, no need to worry about the code should you forget it. The communication is top tier as they give you plenty of notice on upcoming payments. I HIGHLY recommend using them.”

They are always upfront, honest; the property is clean and maintained, along with the best prices you will find. Great business and wonderful people to deal with. If you want TRUE customer service, stop by and talk to them, you will be impressed. I had a unit there for 3 yrs with NO (000) issues. If I ever need storage again in the Waxahachie area, I know where to go! There is a reason they keep a full house there, so once you get a spot, be prepared to keep it. “Have had a 10x10 storage unit here for the past 6 years. While the access lanes are narrow and restrictive, especially because they store the rental trailers and trucks alongside the fence, the office staff and management -- particularly Bianca -- are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating,. In my time here, there have been only 2 price hikes , each for $5/month.. Each time, there was clear communication about the price increase AHEAD of time. If they could open up a lot in the back for storing the trailers/trucks, they would have 5 stars.”
“Good storage place. One set of units is across from their office and one set is over near the jail. There isn't a fence but I haven't had any worries. There are two slots for your locks for extra protection. My unit is 10X12, I believe and is only $55 a month. You really can't beat that! Downside is you can't pay online, so you either call in to make the payment or mail in.”

“After dealing with a total disaster, walking into this facility was a breath of fresh air. The unit itself was spotless, smelled amazing, and the climate control was spot on completely clean and organized from top to bottom.
What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Scott and Tiffany are absolutely wonderful! They are so kind, sweet, and genuinely caring.
Their high-energy, enthusiastic personalities completely turned our day around, and we appreciate their positive vibes more than words can say.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. No complaints whatsoever just pure gratitude for Scott and Tiffany making a chaotic day so much easier. We look forward to seeing you both again soon!
