I had a lot of issues with other t-mobile stores and the reps of this store took their time to explain and call customer service for me. I ended up buying a tablet and home internet. Will definitely be coming to this store all the time.

AVOID!!! Scammers! The manager “David” sold me a promotional plan that didn’t exist. His solution was 20 dllr credit or give me a cheaper plan or cancel. Bait and switch tactics. Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge. Always doing everything ONLINE! Switching over to Verizon.

WORST STORE EVER!!! Don’t waste your time!!! Go to another store trust me plus they are all so stupid and have no communication what so ever including the manager.
