Some supplies in room were low or missing but we asked for more soap and TP and the staff gladly provided. Marisa at the front desk was very nice and helpful.”
“I would've rate it a 5 star but it happens to be your bar lounge was closed of all of days I choose to stay here, hopefully next time I come back it will be open but other than that everything was great.”

Rooms: Good long term stay rooms. Full size fridge. Small TV for the room size
Nearby activities: Restaurants, golf course adjacent. Very near the airport and the Plaza mall.
Walkability: Pretty walkable as far as texas goes, but not like "urban walkable"”
“We stayed here because we got a new pet dog. None of our usual hotels accept pets so we chose this place since they are pet friendly. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. Room service is only every 3 days so that was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Walmart and HEB are close. Bunch of restaurants are also close by.”

“The receptionist on the night shift was very friendly, the guy on the early shift was very helpful in trying to get a taxi for me, and when he couldn't get the service for me to be at the headquarters on time, he took me himself so that there would be no setbacks. Excellent staff, and the room clean, with everything you need to rest that night.”

“I went in to one of their rooms and instantly saw a tree roach was crawling on the floor, the air in the rooms also feel humid. I've gotten a room here more than 5 times and each time I felt comfortable in the room, it's not entirely clean but the other people in rooms are usually quiet and the front desk people are quick with what they do and are nice. I do come here often and will continue to do so.”
