“This staff was so amazing, shout out to Thomas and Sergio, they helped me in my crisis! I drove to Mcallen all the from Los Fresnos to get my fingerprinting done. The last UPS store was unable to help me get them done so in a desperate effort I drove to S 10th to see if they could help me and they did! They went above and beyond to get this task done and I’m so grateful! They were the only two working and they were still so attentive when they got busy. Great branch!!!”
