“In my recent visit to Ace Hardware in Pampa, I had a very pleasant experience as a young man named Brad, waited on me promptly, helped me find the area I was looking for and patiently and thoroughly tried to help me find the correct product, even Googled on his personal phone to try to find the correct product to meet my needs. I felt like he went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. It was the type of service that I have never received at one of the big box hardware stores. Ace Hardware should be proud to have Brad on their team. He made it a very pleasant experience. I want to ask that you make sure Brad knows that he was greatly appreciated.”

“Bartlett's is my preferred hardware store because They have fair pricing and a great selection of product. They really should, however consider opening on Sundays even if for only a half day. Sundays are when a lot of people are off and able to do their extra home maintenance. I struggle getting in to get what I need because i'm out of town all week for work and Sunday's are my only available day to get things done. I usually have to suck it up and go down the street to the competition when I would much rather support local business. The competition is making big bank on Sundays because they are the only place open. Consider opening 3-4 hours on Sundays and i'm sure yall would not regret it.”
