“I went into this location on Friday, June 22nd! I was so impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the employees! I had gone here as a plan B to my printing needs. I had already gone to a Staples in need of printing a memorial card for my mom’s memorial service, which was to happen on Saturday. Staples employees were extremely rude and told me they couldn’t have this ready until Saturday afternoon. The memorial service was scheduled for 1:30 pm on Saturday! A young man by the name of Zach assisted me. When I told him my dilemma he responded that he could have this printed for me in 15 minutes! I said, “I’ll wait!” He was the most efficient and courteous young man! Mr Zach has definitely won my business! I will go out of my way to return to this location if I have a need again. I witnessed so many come and go in the time that I waited. Everyone at this location worked together professionally and efficiently! Great job UPS for hiring the right team to operate this location!”

“I wanted to leave a really good review for this UPS location. I recently had to send my daughters in for a repair and the only thing that was wrong with it was that the button wasn’t working. Apple received the iPad and sent me photos stating that the iPad was shattered and bent, stating I would have to pay a lot for it to be repaired. I let them know that when I sent my iPad was In good condition and they told me that they were going to have to escalate it so I called the store to see if there was anyway they could get footage of me taking my iPad in to get sent to Apple because then you would be able to see that the iPad wasn’t broken. They went above and beyond to get the footage for me. I really appreciate them. I will be taking all my shipping business to them from now on.”

“I was shopping one day during the holidays and was on my way to ship some boxes next when I saw this business. I went inside and met Tejas, the owner. He was very pleasant and there wasn’t the usual rush you see at larger shipping outlets.I went back a second time to ship some more packages and accidentally left my wallet on my desk at home. He graciously set everything up for shipping and made arrangements for me to pay without driving back. This is personalized service you rarely see today.Highly recommend!”
