“Awesome experience!! I was rushing to pick up a package from FedEx, and get it to UPS before the last pickup because they could make a Saturday next day delivery to the needed destination. I got there with 3 minutes to spare. The employee said we'll make sure it gets on, and they did. I was able to thank both him and the truck driver. I needed to get it to Michigan for my employees who were waiting to finish up some work there so they could fly back to DFW. Unfortunately, I didn't get there names, but I definitely appreciate the entire team there this afternoon.”

I accidentally dropped a check on the ground outside of his store. In a panic I called to see if someone had seen it. This man went outside and found it for me. This act of kindness is verification that there are still people in this world tha are honest and kind hearted. 💕”

“I would give UPS Corporate Customer Service 1 star, but this local UPS Store deserves 5 stars. I had to ship a perishable food item overnight, which cost over $100. I dropped it off well before the overnight shipping deadline, but the package never made it to the hub in time. Instead of arriving the next day, it took two days, and the food was completely ruined. What impressed me was the team at this UPS Store. They didn’t cause the problem, yet they went above and beyond to help me. They spent months advocating on my behalf and working through the frustrating corporate claims process to make sure I was treated fairly. Today, I finally received my refund check thanks to their persistence. It’s disappointing that customers have to fight so hard when an overnight shipment isn’t delivered as promised, especially when it’s a time-sensitive food item. But the employees at this location truly care about their customers and never gave up on helping me. Thank you to the staff here for your professionalism, persistence, and outstanding customer service. You turned a frustrating experience into one that reminded me how much dedicated local employees can make a difference.”

The whole process was easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend this location! Edit: okay now I see what the comments are talking about. I went in again this week and staff ignored me for a good 5 minutes, this was completely different staff from the last time I went.”
