“Avery is the best rc enthusiast/shop owner I've ever met. Like seriously nice guy. My kid was smiling like he is now when we went to the shop and my nephew has joined in. 9 hours in one day. Didn't even ask for a break or their Nintendos none of it. Trainville is where it's at for them. Fully recommend this to enhance your kids imagination over their tablets and such. Time to clean out the shed for a dedicated train room. Avery thank you so much again for your help with the axle repair and see you soon! Gonna need a lot of street lamps!”

The 5 star review is purely based on the kindness and knowledge that the guys here have. They bring that store to life and have an answer to any question you may have. “My 5 stars goes to a particular employee. His name is Jason over in the RC section. I had a bad experience with another section but Jason brought me back. He made my wife feel incredibly comfortable working on her first RC car. He took the time to explain his process and what each part would do to help the overall performance. He even saved us some money by "you don't need that part. Go with this..." if you ever need a tune up, upgrade, or just want to talk to someone who loves the hobby Jason is your guy.Between you and me, it seems the employees care more about the customers than the manager. But that's just me.....I trust Jason 100%”

“Update: I have upgraded this due to the conversation I had with the manager and based still on his service. I will still continue to use this store. Hopefully, they will work on some training with the girl they have fill in though.
This seemed a good place when I started going a couple of months ago. The manager was friendly and would talk to you and remembered who I was on sight after ordered a comic once only once. This has recently changed since they hired the new girl. I asked about ordering a conic on 8/9 and the girl told me she would have to send a request and I would be called if it couldn’t be ordered. I waited until today to call since I haven’t gotten a call. The girl answered and couldn’t find a record of my request. When I told her she was the one I spoke to and asked if she enters it she copped an attitude and said “I’m not the manager if you want to talk to him he’ll be in tomorrow”. This was followed by a call from the store about 20 minutes later saying she had called the manager and he told her it couldn’t be ordered. I expect she never entered the request and told him I was being rude to her when I called. Which prompted him to have her say the comic couldn’t be ordered. A shame that I will have to start looking for a new store all over again.”
“Super friendly service, and turnaround was quicker than expected for a charging port replacement on my son's Switch Lite. They have a lot of cool retro video games and consoles as well.”
“Had a great variety of items to choose from and I actually found the items that were on sale I was looking for. My friend had never been to an Ollie's so she was like a kid in a candy store LoL. We hit every Isle and we both came out with a shopping cart full of goodies. If I'm ever in the area I'll definitely be back to this location”
“Visited this store on an impromptu stop heading home to Houston, and I'm definitely glad we did. It was hard not to walk out with both hands full of games they had so many to choose from, the gentleman working the store was very pleasant, the store was very clean and organized we enjoyed our visit. We purchased a trivia game that we played that night at home, and it was so much fun called "Dumb A$$ the card game". Will be returning on my next road trip out there.”

“Have always meet my needs. Yes they are closed to walk ins. Understanding why, I then call my orders in and they tell me when to pick up. They meet me at my car. Once you know how there working these hard times there’s no problem. Love my service.”
“The worker was greeting everyone at the entrance unlike people are saying on other reviews. Maybe they change the employee now. I usually got five below for my posters. I find the posters section was neatly managed than other below fives. They were organized on their corresponding numbers, which made it easier for me to find.”
