“The young gentleman that helped Friday night was very polite and helpful. I was having issues with a device I purchased and he was able to handle my issue and various other customers at the same time and even resolved my issue. Totally recommend this place.”
“Amara was GREAT! I came in needing help and knowledge for what I was looking for, and Amara walked me through the differences and variations of each production and ultimately found what I was looking for.
Great customer service.”
“I love coming here. Their prices are reasonable and they have everything you can think of. It’s always busy unlike the competitors. Omar and AB is the best. I like the rewards program. I will continue to come here long as they’re open.”
“This place is really cool, just moved in and cam was really helpful with helping me choose the best product. I recommend for anyone, cool discounts and great customer service!”
“Very clean store with a wide variety of high quality products. The best customer service in the game with very competitive prices. The only place I'll go when I need anything”
“I started coming to this particular shop back in 2020. I haven’t been to another since then! Wholesome good people that has treated me like family. They have such a variety and well educated me in the process! I will be a forever customer!”
“5 stars because EVAN is the man. he walked me through the selection (I am in state for work and the options are different). He is friendly, informative, and patient.
However, the Smogger vapes are garbage. I want my Geek bars and Raz. I was told TX law made some change that doesn’t allow them, but the Smoggers glitch out, drop to 0 charge out of no where, stop pulling randomly, and continue pulling sometimes when I’m done puffing. overall, I hate them. but this in no way reflects on the business.
I would absolutely return here while in state on my work trip. Evan, you’re awesome!! thank you for all your help!”
“Best smoke shop nicest dude, I went to cbd kratom in the target plaza and they wanted to charge me $60 for a one hitter I left and went to vape cave he gave me a one hitter on the house. I will forever come here for any of my needs from now on thank you”

“I love this shop, the ladies are amazing, they actually care about us and do everything they can to take care of us. They are a dog friendly shop ? (as long as the pup is respectful and doesn't make a mess in the shop) Bolt just loves going to see what he tells me are his side girlfriends ? I will never shop anywhere else for my vape supplies and fluid.”

“Been shopping here for 10 years, recently back to the area to visit and needed to grab some stuff was helped by Al which I had never worked with before, I didn’t want to spend to much on a vape so I had questions about some of the newer cheaper models he took the time to share his thoughts and opinions on the products available with great patience. Really appreciate the great service, Al! The whole team is always amazing.”

“Update Dec 2025! ✌️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
So all I can say about this place is they are an absolutely legit and legendary local vape shop to the area, and I continue to come here for their great selection and some of the deals they have! The people that run this place are always very welcoming and fun to chat with! I always feel kinda bad buying from their sale shelf when I come in usually, but they always got smiles on their faces and are very helpful and knowledgeable with whatever questions you have about their products! I have so many good things to say about this place! I cannot recommend this gem of a local store enough! ❤️ Thank you for being here in Arlington!

Old review (9 yrs ago according to Google)
I wrote a very informative review on yelp about this place, but this one will be short and to the point.
This place an awesome place to come get great juice with so many flavors and mixes to choose from! The service is friendly and professional, and I feel very welcomed everytime I come here. Their product selection is great as well, the prices are lower for products and juices than at other stores in the area, and even have great deals.
Would totally recommend this place!”
“Love this shop, it’s like a hidden gem. The staff and owners are amazing people and hands down the best juice I’ve had the pleasure of ever using! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new place to shop for their vaping needs from the device to the juice and the awesome people who make it and are always willing to help and share their thoughts on what they would suggest for you. Love you Mid Cities!”
“I've been coming here for a few years and it's the only vape store I know that has my juice. I even came here when I was living in duncanville. I broke my vape tank and these guys did more than they had to to get me back up again. Needless to say they will have my business for a loooooong time”

“Eric at Artisan Vapor was amazing. He was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through all of my options for both e-juice and pods, making sure I understood the differences and what would work best for me. He answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed or uninformed.
You can really tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. The experience was easy, informative, and honestly way better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back because of his great service.”
“Best vape shop in town, bini is always cool and helpful towards anything I need. Definitely coming back again…it’s my regular shop now. 10/10”

“Honestly a really great Shop from what I can tell, I picked out 2 bad pens from VooPoo before Settling with FreeMax and they were kind enough to exchange the 1st one free and then with a very small price difference I ended up getting a completely different style Vape Pen that looked and felt like higher Quality to me personally. The Lady who assisted me was extremely kind and extremely helpful, plus they are right around the corner from my house so I appreciate that and will probably stop by again in another month or so for more Menthol Flavor Vape liquids. Im not completely familiar with Vapor pen Brands but My friend in Cali even explained that hes had VooPoo before and hes never had any issues with that brand. I was just the lucky winner of 2 pens that didnt want to charge, but the shop did not let it be a total loss and I value that type of business.”
“Came here on an emergency purchase . Owner was super friendly and very helpful and very knowledgeable.
Very huge place , didn’t have enough time to walk around . But will be back . She has an event coming up on 4/20/2026 starting at 4 pm .
I’m going to enjoy that .
Come out and support this amazing business.! Thank you .! ☺️?”
“I love this shop, they always have the best of everything, at the lowest prices. Their staff, like Frances, always on point and kind. Why go anywhere else, when you can get it all here? 😁”

“Just stopped by here and, if you’re a gardener, get the Muffins Jelly Hole pre-roll pack. Easily the best pre-rolls I’ve had. Also any questions you have about mods, devices, tanks, and juice, TJ knows it all. It’s always an absolutely wonderful experience.”
