It isn't a deal breaker as I just schedule my visits earlier in the day. The staff are friendly and helpful whether opening a new account or just asking a simple question. Their web services are a little outdated but get the job done. The location is convenient and parking is easy.”

“The bank is great. Google Maps sucks. The address, and street view pictures, are for the Mineral Wells hospital. The bank is where Google Maps shows the First Financial ATM, and the Standalone ATM is a few blocks east of that, where the two one-way streets come back together.”
