“Thank you so much for the kindness and professionalism we were shown on getting our new freezer. Our delivery driver was so nice and personable. We were a little frantic as our freezer had quit. The minute I spoke with Niss Nancy, I knew everything was going to be alright. It is hard to put into words how much this meant to us. I told Miss Nancy, Liberty would be our new Appliance Company. Thank you for the opportunity to voice our opinion. Larry and Cathy Menard Bagwell, Texas”

“For the last year I've had great experiences here. Employees are friendly and helpful. The first year I lived here, the men were extremely sexist and wouldn't speak to me unless my husband was present. When I did manage to get someone to speak to me they were extremely rude and made it seem like I didn't know what I needed. Insisting I needed pictures of the the thing I was trying to repair.”
