The blonde haired lady was extremely rude. She wouldn't even let me ask a question while getting a package mailed. She literally walked in the back and left me hanging.

Rude and hostile workers. Claim they are the only ups store in town, and charge for a free return. Stay away they do not use UPS labels or printers so they can charge you for free returns.

Most useless shipping joint in Paris. Gave me a ton of run around and I ended up having to go somewhere else at the end of the whole ordeal. I lost a whole day over this bs. Would never recommend even as a last resort.

I had to return my smartphone to the manufacturer and I was having a little trouble sending the return label to their printer. The agent was patient and ended up assisting me with getting the label. They are always nice and willing to help.

Giving a shout out to our local UPS store. I have to ship a lot of computer parts in my line of work. They are always nice and friendly. You go to a UPS store in Frisco, and you wait to be served. Here I am in and out in minutes, and that's when they are busy! Great people and service.
