“It's the early days of the coronapocalypse and I've got to get to work but I've got a dead battery. Because of course my car dies during the coronapocalypse. A neighbor jumped started me and I called Napa. Jamie answered and told me to come to them so he could find me the right battery (my car model came with a wide variety depending on the mood of the assembly line, apparently). When I got there, they found me the proper battery and ACTUALLY CHANGED MY CAR BATTERY. I'm forever grateful to these guys for their service and will definitely be back to Napa next time I need to buy car stuff. Thank you, gentlemen, for getting me back on the road!”

Needed a water pump belt for my jetta and I've been all over town and was told they did have it and can't order it until I visit carquest yesterday. Only took a few minutes and the order was place and might be in today (Friday) but because of the holiday it might be delayed till Tuesday. Called this morning a d it was in, got it, put it on and now my car is on the road again! Thank's a whole lot guy's you just don't know how much I appreciate you guy's. I will be back for all my auto needs.”
