They helped us to find better value option that encompassed the alignment check. Despite the added work they were still able to get the vehicle out on time. “Excellent experience. We had spark plugs replaced in a 2007 Ford F-150 with a 5.4 3-valve Triton engine which are notorious for their horrible design. We were able to replace three of the spark plugs ourselves with five broken off and needing to be drilled out in order to be extracted. We dropped the truck off on a Wednesday before Labor Day weekend and the job was completed by Tuesday of the following week. Fairprice. Exceptional service. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.”

“We came in near 5pm, just needed an inspection. There were 2 cars ahead of us, one in each bay, so it took several minutes to get to us. 2 people working. Our windshield wipers failed inspection, so we bought new ones on site, very inexpensive. I thought I'd speed things up so the lady could go home, but when I got out of the truck to take off a wiper, she told me I couldn't be on the shop floor. First time I've ever hear that! At other shops, I usually do the "walk-around" my vehicle while the mechanics work. I know the hazards of a shop. I grew up around pits and lifters.She did good work, just slow and not as friendly. I prefer Kwik Kar's service. It's a short way down Hwy 82 into town.”
“Mark took my car in after it sat on Paul Green's lot for 3 weeks untouched. He diagnosed the problem in 3 days and fixed it. He found another problem with my turbocharger. “We were on a trip from Nevada to Florida when our car started to act up. I called Ronnie who told me to bring it right in. He determined that the mass air flow sensor needed to be replaced (which I had just done before leaving on my trip). Ronnie was able to replace the $220 part under warranty and get me a new one for free. The labor he charged was more then reasonable and cheaper then I expected. He had us back on the road within 2 hours. Ronnie and his beautiful wife Sherri put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands.. Thanks again Ronnie / Sherri for helping us. I was never treated with anything but 100% respect from all the staff and they knew what I wanted to look at (used) but it was never suggested I consider something brand new. “This tire shop SAVED US on our anniversary weekend. An hour into our drive from Dallas to Broken Bow, we got a flat tire (about 2:15pm). AAA tow truck driver couldn't get to us until 4:15pm, and we were still 45min from Paris. Tire shops close at 5pm.We called Road Runner to let them know we were on the way, and they agreed to wait for us to arrive before closing shop. We arrived at 4:58pm, they plugged our tire free of charge, and by the time I walked out of the office to say thanks, the workers were gone.It was like some magic tire angels saved our day, never to be seen again. That being said, next time we're in Paris, we're definitely dropping by to send our thanks once more.This great tire shop reminds us that small town businesses are the heart of America... And we always try to support local businesses for this very reason.”
