“On top of his game for sure. I would highly recommend Rick Ferguson to anyone. Reasonable pricing and no cut throat your a women I'm going to jab you in your amygdala with the memories of getting ripped off cause you don't know any thing about vehicles and charge you for something he didn't do. He's a a honest guy just lying to make it like everyone else.”

“We own 2 F250 trucks and we had to replace the transmission on one and then a week later the suspension needed work on the other. Stephen's was extremely responsive and had the new transmission in and ready to go in less than a week. The suspension issue happened on the weekend and they answered my late night text AND let us tow the truck directly to their shop. They diagnosed the issues on each and called us ASAP to discuss the issue, price to fix, and timeframe before they started any work. I will continue to bring our trucks to this location.”

“Excellent experience. We had spark plugs replaced in a 2007 Ford F-150 with a 5.4 3-valve Triton engine which are notorious for their horrible design. We were able to replace three of the spark plugs ourselves with five broken off and needing to be drilled out in order to be extracted. We dropped the truck off on a Wednesday before Labor Day weekend and the job was completed by Tuesday of the following week. Fairprice. Exceptional service. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.”

“Brought my explorer in, and they properly diagnosed a coolant thermostat leak. Luckily, my son was able to fix it even though they offered to do it at an affordable price. We will use them for something more complex if needed.”

“This business is amazing!!! He's brilliant! I am a retired mechanic. For the first time in a long time, I met a problem solver, and not a parts cannon person. Interestingly enough I had a rebuilt transmission with about 7,000 miles on it when it stopped working. Apparently they were mistakes made when they rebuilt it. He found the internal gasket on the oil pump was leaking. As well as a few other issues inside the valve body from the previous builder. I've only owned this truck 6 months. It has 161,000 miles on it. But the way it works now, it's a difference between night and day. After driving it home, I now know the problem with shifting difficulties always existed since my purchase . It shifts like butter now. I'm so happy to have found a great transmission mechanic... A real mechanic!!!”

“If you're in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend Paris Chevrolet GMC ask for Sebastian! This was the easiest, most stress free experience of either of our lives. I was never treated with anything but 100% respect from all the staff and they knew what I wanted to look at (used) but it was never suggested I consider something brand new. Being female I've had to deal with chauvinism from car dealers since I've been driving. We will not shop anywhere else now. They have exceeded my expectations. AND we got a goody box in the mail this morning. Thank you Paris Chevrolet GMC!”

“We were on a trip from Nevada to Florida when our car started to act up. I called Ronnie who told me to bring it right in. He determined that the mass air flow sensor needed to be replaced (which I had just done before leaving on my trip). Ronnie was able to replace the $220 part under warranty and get me a new one for free. The labor he charged was more then reasonable and cheaper then I expected. He had us back on the road within 2 hours. Ronnie and his beautiful wife Sherri put us at ease and we knew we were in good hands.. Thanks again Ronnie / Sherri for helping us. It was a pleasure meeting you both.”

“The guys in the service department are great. Ran into a problem on a road trip and pulled in without an appointment. After a short wait they got my vehicle back diagnosed the problem, luckily no repair was necessary, and got us back on the road.”

“Super kind and helpful. Jason did an excellent diagnosis and was able to get us back on the road as quickly as possible despite a back order on the parts needed. Went out of their way to help us get a rental and continue our trip.Really good people, and great mechanic that tests rather throws parts at a car until it works.”
