My first time visiting Hibbett Sports, I was greeted right away by a polite and very helpful TJ. I must say this young man was very helpful in locating the correct shoes I was interested in. It’s always so nice to be asked if you need help by a staff employee. ESP since it was my first time there and I had no idea where anything was. For this, I rate my visit as 5 stars! Thank you so much TJ for your help! Will be back soon for more shopping.:)

You should be able to purchase and pick up at local store. Otherwise everything was ok.

Employees have always been helpful and friendly. The womens shoe section is very small. Checked their website before going and found some shoes I wanted to try on but they didn't have the colors the website said the store had.
