“Went to multiple Hondas in the area. If you stop into the one here ask for Miguel. He will go above and beyond to take care of you and make sure you have an amazing experience. Trust me dealerships are stressful when it comes to the numbers. He will make it so simple for you not to say NO. If your looking for a “good deal” ask for him”

“I had a great experience with Brandon Tomes Subaru! Jamie was my salesperson when I purchased my 2025 Subaru Ascent as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in May. This location had a vehicle with exactly the features and colors that I was looking for, and they made the purchase process about as easy and enjoyable as it could be. I recently brought it back in after getting a nail in a tire, and Marcus helped me. They found that two tires were already showing signs of failure, likely due to an alignment issue. Since the vehicle only had around 10k miles total, I expressed my concerns that the tires wore so quickly and whether the alignment issue was already there when I purchased the vehicle. Marcus listened and worked with me to make it right, and Brandon Tomes Subaru waived the labor and cost of the alignment repair. I really appreciated them standing behind the vehicle and taking care of me. Both Marcus and Jamie were great to work with, and I would absolutely purchase from Brandon Tomes Subaru again!”

“I have to say that 1st Integrety automotive has the best customer service I have ever experienced for a vehicle repair shop. The service and the attention they give it’s just amazing. The owner actually came out and we had a good conversation, not about cars or other shops, just a good conversation and that made me feel like I was an existing client. That was my first time being there. Their prices are very reasonable. In conclusion, I will definitely return and tell others about them.”

“Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotate/balance—quick, easy, and professional. The service advisor (Rudy? Ruben? Started with an R…pretty sure it was Ruben. I’m sorry, man) was extremely helpful, kept things moving, and didn’t try to sell me a ton of “parts” I can’t even pronounce. Great service, zero hassle. I’ll definitely be back… and I’ll learn his name by then.”

“Im pretty handy with basic car repairs. I bought a high mileage Acura TLX in ‘22. Diligent maintenance has allowed me to add 80K more bringing the car to 175k currently. I needed a state inspection and also asked for a suspension inspection since those are still factory parts. Their thorough assessment of the vehicle by Johnny (or James) impressed me!! They affirmed the worn components and found just the inner tie rod required immediate replacement. The rest were still tight and allowed for a accurate re-alignment after the tie rod was replaced. Now, they could have easily said shocks, wheel bearings, ball joints and bushings etc., needed replacing and costing me a lot of $$, but they didn't. The car doesn't need them, at least right now. Maybe in another 25k miles at 200k. The car drives and handles like new again! I highly recommend this shop.”

“I've been looking for a dependable car service business since we moved to Fairview a year ago. It took a while but Craigs Car Care has made it our top choice. With a 12-year-old truck, I find many places don't have the personal touch nor have a group of technicians that are knowledgeable and precise in all that they do. CCC does, and I mean everyone that I met from the moment I walked in, to the technician that test-drove with me, everyone is top notch. Clear communication and quick updates throughout the needed work. Finally, a place that feels right. Shoutout to Jason and GRZ for making me feel comfortable. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else from now on.”

It’s been sitting for a while but come to find out nothing is wrong with my car. My car is in perfect shape no new engine they told me go enjoy riding your car again…… 1st time I’ve been there they are polite, nice, and helpful Thanks I’ll be back”

“I would 100% recommend CarStar MVP Richardson to anyone who wants their vehicle looked after. I originally went to Toyota of Richardson body shop and they quoted me double the price and time that it took CarStar MVP to fix my truck. CarStar MVP is professional and provides exceptional service. They did an excellent paint job on my very difficult green truck and when I picked it up they had deep cleaned the inside as well. Not only that but they provided me text updates everyday on the status of my truck. A fantastic experience from start to finish, I can’t recommend them enough.”
