“Had two tires go poof just before christmas eve. They were nearby so I walked over and they were expedite in helping my issue. No grief. Salesmen was not pushy and did his best to do what I wanted. In and out within 3 hours no hassle. Just had to wait as a walk in. Completely reasonable for my unreasonable situation.Got all new tires since I needed them anyways, and waited a while to leave a review since the last place I went to for work did not put a bolt back and left me with a car and a unbolted control arm on the side of the road. No issues with the tires so far after two months.I also got my oil change here. It was done, and through the same salesman. Again, good serivce and no hassle despite my inability to not be a hassle due to my poor experiences with bad shops.Definitely would come back based on my two experiences with this location.”

“This was the third time i use Bill’s services and can only summarize my experience in one word - Amazing!The service is always professional and to the highest standards while they also look for ways to keep the cost down for me (let’s face it, MB is expensive to own:)) and always have the time to explain to me and answer all my questions.In my most recent service there i had an MB dealer (north of Allen) messing up my vario roof and telling me i need to pay 12k to get it fixed, Bill and his team found out the dealer missed a microswitch and broke a pin - after fixing both, the vario roof is now working as before and for a fraction of the cost, that’s a very professional place and team!!!”

“Great experience here! They truly care about getting you back into your vehicle! We were in a collision we actually had rodent damage (rats chewed through some wiring). Our insurance was going to cover it but the dealership made it clear they don’t like working with insurance so we took our business elsewhere. We’re so glad we did because having it at Caliber made it completely hassle free! They took care of everything! Jeremy, the general manager, was great and kept me posted via text about any updates on my car. It was a really great experience, highly recommend!”

“I'm SO glad that this location is open until 7pm.It's really hard to find locations that are open late enough that I can get to after work during the week.I've been to some that claim to close at 7pm, but I get there at 6:30pm and they've already closed.I got to this location around 6:20pm and from what I could see, there was only one lady working tonight - on a Friday night - and she came out as soon as she saw me drive up, asked me what she could help me with, and she promptly guided me where to drive my car. Within literally a minute my car was getting its oil changed.She was even thoughtful enough to address me by my name and made sure to confirm that I wanted a full synthetic oil change done... I never even told her my name, but I assume she looked me up in the system with my car's information, BUT something as simple and being called by my name meant a lot.I was literally in and out of the place in like 5 minutes.I believe Sahara was the name of the lady that helped me. She was SO NICE and got the job done quick.I'll definitely be back to this location. P.S. this location has great coupons online”

“I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00 in the morning for an oil change and two new tires and didn't get my vehicle back until 6:30 p.m. that night. I had to call multiple times to check up on the vehicle and at 1:00 they said my car was in the bay and being worked on. I still had to call back around 5:45 p.m. to see if they were close to done the guy said give me 20 minutes and come pick up your car when I got there the tires were off and the oil hasn't been put in. But they hurried and finished and got my car back in no time just seen like a long process for an oil change and two tires”
