“I've been looking for a dependable car service business since we moved to Fairview a year ago. It took a while but Craigs Car Care has made it our top choice. With a 12-year-old truck, I find many places don't have the personal touch nor have a group of technicians that are knowledgeable and precise in all that they do. CCC does, and I mean everyone that I met from the moment I walked in, to the technician that test-drove with me, everyone is top notch. Clear communication and quick updates throughout the needed work. Finally, a place that feels right. Shoutout to Jason and GRZ for making me feel comfortable. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else from now on.”

“Best experience we’ve ever had with an automotive repair shop! Kenny and Jose went above and beyond to help us get our truck up and running while we were out of town. They were honest, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They weren’t able to replicate the issue with our truck, so no repairs were done, but they gave us great advice and helped us navigate what was going on. I especially appreciated that they chose not to recommend repairs when they weren’t 100% sure they would actually solve the problem. I honestly think other repair shops could have taken advantage of our situation, especially since we were traveling and needed to get home. If we lived in the area, EBA would absolutely be our new go-to shop. We’re so glad we found them while we were out of town! And by the way, our truck almost made it home! It broke down about a mile from our house, so we let it cool down like you suggested, tried again, and thankfully made it all the way home. Thank you again for all your help!”

“had a great experience with this shop. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that they were honest about what my car needed and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs on me. The service was quick, the communication was great, and the pricing was fair. Mathew took really good care of us, definitely ask for him!”

“Outstanding service, as always! Have taken both Range Rovers and both Jaguars to Schroeders since at least 2018. The owner Bill and his wife are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Its truly amazing! More recently, I went there due to a critical issue with my 2016 RR. I had called ahead. Todd was extremely helpful. He met me outside when I drove up. And in a short time, had the issue fixed and I was back on the road driving in confidence! WOW! SO INCREDIBLY IMPRESSIVE! They are strong believers in Jesus, and it shows in their integrity and kindness to others. Thank you Todd and Bill for expediting the service and doing a fantastic job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Schroeders!”

“I came here yesterday in need of 2 new tires, and they got me right in. Mariah who was working the desk was so kind, informative, patient and most helpful. She helped me get the best possible deal that benefited me, after having a negative experience at a dealership where they were gave me faulty information on services I didn’t even need. I will be back! Great experience especially for someone who doesn’t understand all the car stuff.”

“easy to schedule an appointment on line, and they were ready for me when I showed up. Competent, fast, and done right. A list of additional items that need attention, but no high pressure seling to get them done. Waiting area is being remodeled so it is a little short on comfortable seating but I am sure next visit it will be different.”
