With a 12-year-old truck, I find many places don't have the personal touch nor have a group of technicians that are knowledgeable and precise in all that they do. CCC does, and I mean everyone that I met from the moment I walked in, to the technician that test-drove with me, everyone is top notch. Clear communication and quick updates throughout the needed work. Finally, a place that feels right. Shoutout to Jason and GRZ for making me feel comfortable. “Best experience we’ve ever had with an automotive repair shop! Kenny and Jose went above and beyond to help us get our truck up and running while we were out of town. They were honest, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
They weren’t able to replicate the issue with our truck, so no repairs were done, but they gave us great advice and helped us navigate what was going on. I especially appreciated that they chose not to recommend repairs when they weren’t 100% sure they would actually solve the problem. I honestly think other repair shops could have taken advantage of our situation, especially since we were traveling and needed to get home.
If we lived in the area, EBA would absolutely be our new go-to shop. We’re so glad we found them while we were out of town!

Its truly amazing! More recently, I went there due to a critical issue with my 2016 RR. I had called ahead. Todd was extremely helpful. He met me outside when I drove up.
