“Today was my first time getting my car serviced at H&H. I just needed to get some minor maintenance work done (oil change, etc.). The owner, Mike, was very attentive to my car’s individual needs. Their pricing was more than 50% less than the Volkswagen dealership I normally go to, and the service was also way faster. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and would recommend this shop to others.”
“April and Andrew helped me out so much! Came to their office to drop off my fiancés car and they were able to fix my car as well. I had a couple dings on my car from parking lots and horrible drivers. They were so polite and got what I needed done in a reasonable time! Don't go somewhere else and get up charged for crazy labor costs and stuff you don't even need. They do great work. Bonus, every employee I interacted with was extremely polite and courteous. “I can't say enough about how Mike Walker and his team went above and beyond for me. It all started with a simple phone call, where I spoke with Anna. At the end of our conversation, she told me she’d drop by my home to leave her card. After that, I scheduled a time to bring in my camper so they could better understand the issue (my slide-out wasn’t working).
Unfortunately, I missed my initial appointment because I forgot to bring my hitch, so I had to reschedule – on Christmas Eve! But when I met with Mike, everything became incredibly easy. I'm the type of person who likes to stay updated on progress, so I appreciated that if I ever missed Mike, he always returned my calls within 24 hours.

More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.
If you ever need collision repairs, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Greg or David. You’ll be in excellent hands.

“Sergio's is great!! All I needed was the plastic rocker guards at the bottom of the two right side doors replaced. A recommended shop told me I also needed to replace one of the doors in order to install the new plastic rockers with the total being over $3K!! I talked to Sergio, he looked at it, ordered the parts and put them on with no problems. He even touched up a 3" scratch and a couple chips in the paint on his own. (no extra charge) The total was under $600.
The bottom line is this man/shop which has been in business over 45 years is honest and does good work at a reasonable price.”
