“If you ever have any hail damage this is the place to go. John and the entire team made the process fast and easy and I was delivered an almost brand new vehicle. The best part of the process was that the deductible was covered by them and they provided a lifetime warranty on their work. You just can't beat that!”

“April and Andrew helped me out so much! Came to their office to drop off my fiancés car and they were able to fix my car as well. Time passed quicker when their two labs came out to say hi to me!”

“We highly recommend Auto Check for any auto repairs you need. Cisco is a great mechanic and completely trustworthy. We have been taking our cars to him for years, the price is always fair and the work is great. This past summer we had to fix the AC and the fuel pump in my 07 Sienna. A few days after picking up my van I noticed it still needed an adjustment to the AC. I simply swung by and Cisco came out and made an adjustment that fixed it right away and didn't charge me a penny. Even though we've had to drop a couple thousand on my van this year it was well worth it to have my van back and running almost like new. Besides all that Cisco and his team are always friendly and easy to talk to. UPDATE: Noticed my review was made 9 years ago (2019) and wanted to say we are still very happy customers when we need to take the car in to Cisco's Auto Check. We also have several family members and who use Cisco, some even drive from Princeton. We always recommend Cisco to anyone who needs car service.”

“The last thing anyone wants to deal with is having collision work done on a vehicle. But, I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any / all collision work you might need. Their Customer Service is impeccable, only matched by the quality of the repair work. And the network between Caliber and the insurance company (State Farm) was flawless.”

“We stumbled upon Sam’s Auto Care when we took a car there for a pre-purchase inspection simply because they were the closest shop. We are so glad we did! Ever since, we’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. They’re reliable, honest, reasonably priced, and always get the job done in a timely manner. I’ve brought several cars to them over time, and they continue to provide quality service every single time. Highly recommend Sam’s Auto Care to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop!”

“Very pleased with the service of my 2016 435iX. They were able to replace the front thruster (control arms) for 1k less than the dealer. Also had them flush the brake fluid using fluid I provided. They even left me one of the bottles they didnt end up using to my surprise. Total integrity. If you have a BMW out of warranty this is the place to go.”

“I own a 2025 Toyota 4Runner and started hearing a strange noise from the front bumper, especially on uneven terrain. Toyota of Plano couldn't replicate it and said nothing was wrong. Toyota customer experience then sent me to Patt Lobb, where they spotted some minor scratches on the bumper and quoted me ~$4,000 to replace the entire bumper — not covered under warranty. A friend recommended Bavarian Auto instead. They diagnosed it properly over a couple of days and found a metal piece wedged deep between the bumper bars, causing the noise on rough roads. Once removed, the issue was completely gone — no bumper replacement needed. Huge thanks to Bavarian Auto for actually finding the real problem instead of pushing an expensive, unnecessary fix. Highly recommend them for honest, thorough work.”

“Came to the shop because I needed to replace a grill on my 2025 Cadillac Lyriq. I brought my own replacement part (OEM) and they were very flexible with both prices and timeline. They didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on anything and loved how straightforward they were. They had no problems with any of the sensors or the EV components. Enrique was really good about texting me pictures and updates. Will be coming to them for all my needs moving forward.”

“Maaco in Plano completed excellent work on my car! They were able to fix the rim of my car and the fender scratch all together, which made this so much easier than outsourcing the wheel to another company! Their pricing is beyond fair, and the turnaround time was the best! Abel was great to work with! The entire staff was so professional and kind. They even got me an Uber to get to work the day I dropped my car off. I highly recommend Maaco!!”

“Many thanks to Arthur and the team at European Auto Tech. Was purchasing an Audi from a local dealer and I wanted to try and get a last minute inspection done on the vehicle. Arthur was able to fit me in on a Saturday and thanks to their findings, I was able to get the dealer to cover most of the repairs as part of the purchase. Really appreciate the professionalism and candor of the service team. Thanks again!”

“Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at English color. My car was repainted early 2000’s before my ownership and I had no idea what color since it wasn’t factory. I took a fuel door into the store and they were able to scan the paint and mix some paint for me within minutes. Excellent service and super knowledgeable staff. Very impressed.”

“I've come to Caliber 3 times so far and every time Gavin has been so willing to help me out you'd think he's been my best friend for years! Tifus, the technician I worked with today was also a straight shooter and was an absolute gentleman to work with. After bad experiences with the Huffines dealership and service nearby, it's wonderful to have the team at Caliber take such good care of me. You can't go wrong if you come here!”
