“I had damage to my rear quarter panel needing to be fixed and visited several auto body shops in the area. Precision beat all other estimates I received by several hundred dollars. Nick and Frank both struck me as genuine and trustworthy.
As for the work itself, it was immaculate. The color is identical, the recreated pinstripes line up perfectly, no issues with the fuel door, etc. It looks just like it did when I first bought the car. They even went above and beyond and fixed a minor unrelated scratch on the rear passenger door.
On top of all this, the work was completed in a matter of days. Over a holiday weekend, and a day ahead of schedule. Other shops I got quotes from for this work told me I'd be without my vehicle for an entire week.
All in all I was exceptionally pleased with the quality of work, fair pricing, timely service, and genuine professionalism I encountered at Precision. I'm glad I took my car here. Thank you guys!”
“I can't say enough about how Mike Walker and his team went above and beyond for me. It all started with a simple phone call, where I spoke with Anna. At the end of our conversation, she told me she’d drop by my home to leave her card. After that, I scheduled a time to bring in my camper so they could better understand the issue (my slide-out wasn’t working).
Unfortunately, I missed my initial appointment because I forgot to bring my hitch, so I had to reschedule – on Christmas Eve! But when I met with Mike, everything became incredibly easy. I'm the type of person who likes to stay updated on progress, so I appreciated that if I ever missed Mike, he always returned my calls within 24 hours.

“I took my Car to Cisco’s for the second time today (my car is older and the Chevy dealer won’t work on it anyone, but the Chevy service guy referred me to Cisco because he takes his car here). It can be scary to take your car to new service spot because so often they try to charge you for things you don’t need. Cisco is so friendly, honest, and fair with service and pricing. “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. David Rojas helped me with the first vehicle repair, and he was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. The repairs were flawless, and the whole process was seamless.
More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.

“I did transmission fluid, spark plugs, diff fluid, and engine air filters here and the service was solid. There were some issues with the wrong diff fluid used due (g5 fluid in a msport diff) to a catalog inconsistency but they had the integrity to reimburse me for the service and I was able to get right fluid. “Came to the shop because I needed to replace a grill on my 2025 Cadillac Lyriq. I brought my own replacement part (OEM) and they were very flexible with both prices and timeline. They didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on anything and loved how straightforward they were. They had no problems with any of the sensors or the EV components. Enrique was really good about texting me pictures and updates.
