Excellent reception, check-in and service by knowledgeable and helpful staff. David provided all of the invaluable information regarding proper set-up and operation of the CPAP device, software installation and proper mask fitting for each student in attendance in a professional manner. He also assisted with ordering supplies and answered all pertinent questions accordingly.

I went for a cpap setup and use session. Before I arrived my expectations were low. (Not sure what could be gained as I have been a CPAP user for years) I am happy to say it was extremely beneficial. David went thru all the setup details on the machine along with maintenance of the Cpap equipment. Goes through cleaning the mask, hose, and accessories also. Two thumbs up fo David.??

My concentrator gave up on me unexpectedly (overheating and shutting off) on a Friday evening after 5:00. Called at 5:30 and got the after hours line. She took my information and immediately placed the work order, dispatch called back within 15 minutes to let me know a technician was assigned. The technician called 5 minutes later to let me know he was on the way with a new unit. He arrived at my home at 6:43, brought the new concentrator in and took the old one out and I signed off the delivery at 6:50. Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences ever! Aero Care ❤️

The tech that came out Joshua McCoy was a very pleasant, trustworthy, knowledgeable of the products. He assured me of the fundamentals of using the oxygen machine and portable he was leaving me. Made sure if I had any last minute questions that they were answered before he left. Great customer service!!!

A bed, hoyer lift, and a wheelchair were all delivered and put together in no time by our service technician Joshua. My dad and I also received tutorials on how to properly use all items. We do appreciate help getting this all set up for my mom!

My experience started off a little rocky with the main office regarding the delay of my order. Once I was able to get the main office to understand the urgent need of my order, they were able to work with me so that I could receive my order promptly. The Clear Lake office was awesome. Very friendly, caring, and thoughtful. A lot of companies have lost the ability to be compassionate, but I was pleased to see that AeroCare still cares for the customer/patient. Thanks.

My insurance changed oxygen provider and I contacted AEROCARE by email on Tuesday to start the process. The next day I was contacted. They then contacted my doctor and called back Thursday. They arranged for my oxygen concentrators (home and portable) to be delivered Friday. The technician (Josh) was friendly and answered all my questions and reviewed both machines which were brand new in the box. He made sure I had everything I needed so far as hose, cannula and filters. From the first email to plugging in the home unit, everyone was friendly, informative and very efficient. I was very impressed with the speed at which everything happened. I would highly recommend this company.

From the time I arrived the staff was polite, professional, and timely. David was an outstanding technician; he explained and demonstrated the usage process of my device which was simple and easy to understand but thorough. I was very pleased with my visit.
