Today I had my first and last bad experience! They "offered me the free telephone promotion and the very attentive girl from the place "helped" me to do the process quickly, she accepted everything and invented a signature for me to look for my card, she told me that I could pay her once, once I made the payment, the manager arrived to apply a discount that the girl did not apply and she told the manager it is no longer necessary, she already paid it!... she rushed everything so she could charge me for the phone!!

10/10 would recommend this location!! I had an issue with a phone I had bought and Mike was so helpful and patience with me and gave me really great customer service ? he's really awesome and really nice this is going to be my main store I go to now cause of Mike !!! Thank you Mike so much for helping me and making my day 100 times better you're awesome ?

Mike was extremely knowledgeable about all things iPhone and cellphone service in general. He was very nice and thorough with the entire process of switching me over to cricket. It was a smooth painless process he even set up the apps I will be using and made sure everything worked correctly. Beyond satisfied with my service!

I have been a customer of Cricket, for a number of years, and have also been a customer of the 4702 Spencer Hwy location in Pasadena, for a number of years. I no longer live in the Pasadena area, but in Texas City, Tx. Since I have always been taken care of by the representatives at the 4702 Spencer location, I drove over 36 miles today, and might I add that the store manager, Jesus, did not disappoint. I am not very technical and just had Cricket replace my damaged phone with a new phone, through the warranty. I asked Jesus if he would help me reprogram my new phone and help me prep my damaged phone to send back to Cricket. He not only said he would gradly do it for me, but he did it with a great big smile and a lot of patience with this old man. Not only Will I continue to return to this location for the GREAT service, but I will also recommend everyone to come to this location and ask for Jesus. They will be guaranteed Great, Professional, and courteous service. Jesus is a GREAT representation of what GREAT service is and should always be. Unfortunately not everyone thinks like he does. Jesus should be commended for his excellent Service. Way to keep an old customer loyal, with greatness. Jesus... One employee does make a difference!!!!

Jesus was awesome. My mom's had her Samsung phone since last Christmas and all the sudden quit working. Jesus went out of his way to take her phone apart and fix the software that had stopped working. I really appreciate his customer service. I've delt with plenty of employees at Cricket and it was nice to get some great customer service for a change. Thanks Jesus.
