Lady I first spoke to was very nice. I experienced problems with filling out questionnaire. Called and spoke to two persons, one male and one female whom both did not seem to understand my problem. Turns out the storage they gave me was unable to lock. I had to put all my items back in my car and contact next day with my problem. I couldn't get the gate to open with code because I wasn't told to hit star at beginning and pound at the end. Cost me over an hour of frustration.

buyer beware! great place and employees but wow, the price increase is obscene! I've just been in the unit for a couple of months and I expected a price increase of $10 or so after a year, or perhaps six months, but dang, from $38 to $60 now is crazy! I was going to rent another unit, but not now. :-(
Update: I called days ago and the person on phone said someone would call me about it, but no one has called me.
Update: 8/19/25 Spoke with local manager, who is very nice, who said she would see what she could do, but it was up to corporate. Will see.

I highly recommend Storage King. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices were excellent! I currently am moving from another storage company to Storage King. The rates are 1/4 the cost, and staff is on location ready to assist.
