As with all storage facilities, they lure you in with the bait (introductory rates) then just when you get comfortable, BAM! An increase in rent, then in 6 months, BAM! Another increase, so unless you like to overpay, go for it.. Wish existing customers would just be grandfathered in with the rates you started with, fugghettaboutit!

Well, I am a new customer to Storage King USA. I just rented a unit on Thursday, June 25th. I will say...the customer service interaction with Kam and Morgan was FANTASTIC. Thank you ladies!!
